Terms and conditions for participating in Stephen’s events

These help me to hold energetic containers that are healthy and effective for everyone.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
When you pay to register for a place in my work you’ll receive an automatic email confirming payment, which will be your receipt. If you need a receipt that shows a different description then please write your own wording into Reason for Payment before you click on the button to pay. Payments won’t be refunded in part or in full after the start of an event or programme, unless your circumstances are exceptional, at my discretion. I reserve the right to decline or revoke registration, and the content and framing of my work is subject to change.

RECORDINGS & YOUR INFORMATION
I might make some recordings during any sessions together, and you agree to my use of those materials to promote the wider field of my work. You also agree that any recordings you have access to, as well as any you make for yourself, are for your own personal use and may not be shared with anyone else or in any media. Your personal information – email-address, phone, and approximate location – may be shared between the event participants only, and may not be used in any way outside of that group.

OUR CONTAINER, MY SERVICES & YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
My work invites expanded states of consciousness within sensitive energetic containers. While we are working together in-person, you agree to refrain from consuming meat or fish, and from psychedelic substances. Your participation whether online or in-person requires a willingness to hold a level of sustained presence, with others, and you’ll take full responsibility for your own self-care in the context of whatever your participation may provoke for you, during and after our work. Nothing I offer is intended to substitute for therapeutic or medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and my offerings and events may not enable you to integrate whatever may arise for you.

MY LEGAL FRAMEWORK
I provide all my services through a limited company registered in England and Wales, and these terms and conditions for my work are laid out in accordance with the laws of these countries, as the legal jurisdiction for my work.
